Mid North to Murray River Drive

For a highly unique and wonderful drive from Adelaide consider the Mid North Murray River Loop. Taking in the beauty of the Mid North through Kapunda and its mining heritage you can head towards the lovely wine region of Clare. Then head east towards Burra and enjoy the unique mining heritage. From Burra short drive to Morgan where you can head down along the Murray River Scenic Cliffs Drive to Mannum and then back through the Adelaide Hills through to Hahndorf and back to Adelaide. The drive can take 2 to 3 days and gives you a great insight to the magic of South Australia’s diverse landscapes and great Murray River.
